A Nationally Backed Warranty has obvious benefits; it builds customer confidents

installing our products, dissolves the advantage of the franchise competitor and
connects your company to a national presents. The warranty is offered by
CrawlSpace Concepts on a case by case basis. In order to be able to offer this
warranty we require your company to be trained by us on how to install our
products. The idea is for your company to leverage the Nationally Backed
Warranty to get the job and manage your growth not to burden CrawlSpace Concepts
with poor business practices and unacceptable work quality. The training course
can be done two different ways; you come to us or we come to you. If we come to
you we will accompany you on an install for hands on experience and the proper
instruction. Having us come to you is typically less expensive than you coming
to us, but it can be done either way. These standards are to protect CrawlSpace
Concepts and to insure installation practices as described by the uniform
building code. The costs involved in the training will pay your company back
many times over in job efficiency, time saving procedures, lower call
back/warranty issues and lowering labor costs.
Competitor Analysis and Member Performance
We can provide you with inside information on how the franchise companies
install their products and give direct comparisons on their products so you can
show your customers the difference in quality and performance.
By having Crawlspace Concepts centralized, our members can submit their install
information (number of jobs and/or leads) to be analyzed and compared to other
member’s performance. This way if there are two (or more) members, one out
performing the other(s), in the same region or area Crawlspace Concepts can
identify performance drops on a monthly basis and help find ways to improve the
performance of any lacking member(s).
Advertising and Referral
The internet is a powerful tool and it can be expensive. Each of the members
will be paying much more (collectively) to market their company on the internet
than Crawlspace Concepts will. All requests for contact through Crawlspace
Concepts’ website will be sent out to our members. We educate the customer and
prepared them for the purchase.
Once the customer comes to your site they will see familiar photos and recognize
the concept that is promoted on our site because we will share all of our
information with our members. We do all the website optimization and your
company reaps the benefits.
A step above that is having a radio presents for our contractor website on
nationally syndicated home improvement shows. There are many homeowners that are
capable of installing this system themselves but the truth is most won’t. There

permanently kill a Mold problem? Initially the bleach will give the appearance
that the Mold is dead, and relying on what we have been told about bleach
killing Mold it is not so hard to believe it is gone. BUT the spores are still
present and able to germinate once the higher moisture levels return. This was
discovered in the hurricane Katrina aftermath. Once Mold was sprayed with
bleach, cleaned up and given the go ahead to install new drywall the Mold came
back within weeks. It is important to spread information like this to protect
ourselves, the homeowner and their children.
We are constantly making new relationships with environmental agencies to
deliver the most accurate and up to date information on our profession. Learning
of this information can be as easy as reading an email instead of hours of
research to get information you have to verify before you can use. Let

studies with supporting evidence of illnesses linked to the effects of
unprotected crawl spaces. The energy savings a homeowner will have and how the
structure of the home is protected. The list goes on and on but only of we work

information would not be readily available.
Product Development & Availability
Even in these young years of this technology the demands of the products are
changing. Next to come is a fire resistant DrySpace, this is due to a code
change on the East Coast and will soon spread to the rest of the nation. Having
the right material available at the right time means your company complies with
all codes and local requirements before it is mandatory. We will set the pace
and let the others try to keep up. As this industry changes Crawlspace Concepts

the materials they purchase. The more you buy at one time the bigger the
discount. We do not have minimum orders so you can order as much as you like or
as little it is up to you and your company’s budget.
Business Forms
As a contractor working with Crawlspace Concepts you will have at your disposal
all business forms you will need to be in the crawl space repair business. Forms
include but not limited to crawl space contracts, job and material estimates,
point of sale, warranty and customer feed back which we can add your logo to and
have printed and shipped to your company (printing and shipping at additional
cost).
This is a complete turnkey operation so you can concentrate on growing your
company. Best of all we are here to answer any questions or lend support to your

Training costs will depend on many things. An estimate can be given by phone
after we discover what is needed. Generally the training costs will include
travel expense (flight, hotel and car) and $500 per day with a 3 day minimum.
You are welcome to set up and pay for the travel expenses through your company
once the training dates are approved.
