DrySpace™ is a high strength, fiber reinforced polyethylene vapor
barrier. It boasts a thick 7 layer construction that delivers year round
protection from moisture, odor and Radon Gas. The
Foundation
Seal Tape provides a lasting bond to the foundation wall. The final piece
to this unique system is the Foundation Pins which give
additional support to the DrySpace™ vapor barrier. |

Our Instadry Sump Kit was designed to use a
FULL size Radon Approved sump basin. By not using a mini
basin you will have no worries about your sump pump short cycling and
burning up, this will insure many years of reliable service. The sump
pump itself is the Zoeller model M-53, capable of moving spherical
solids of up to ½”. That makes it perfect for the sub-vapor barrier
condition in a crawl space. |

Our Radon
Approved basin has small holes drilled in the sides to control ground
water before it reaches the surface. The basin is buried in 4” of pea
stone to filter out the dirt so the only thing leaving your crawl space
is water. |

DrySpace is used as a vapor barrier
on the floors and walls of dirt and concrete crawlspaces. The seams are taped
and it is sealed and fastened to the foundation to prevent moisture from
entering the crawl space. This vapor barrier is superior to the average visqueen
plastic that can be bought at any home improvement store because it has a
polyester fiber reinforcement that makes the durability unbeatable and it is
make from virgin polyethylene resins for the longest service live available. This will be
the only vapor barrier you will install in your crawl space.
