Water Control
Water control is a very important
component in eliminating odor, mold, fungus, bacteria and insects in your crawl
space. Encapsulation alone does not eliminate all of the problems with a
wet crawl space. A high quality sump pump made by Zoeller can give your water
control system many years of successful service. As with any mechanical pumps a
yearly maintenance program will eliminate potential problems with the sump pump operation.
CrawlSpace Concepts uses a full size
(22" deep) radon approved sump basin that is completely sealed and vented to the
outdoors. This insures any odors from the crawl space will not migrate into your
crawl space and then into your home.
