Crawl Space Soil Gas

One of the bumps that has been fixed, most recently, is a mystery odor that appears after the encapsulation, somewhere between 30 to 60 days after. It is a cheap additive to a crawl space vapor barrier and an ingenious marketing scam. The truth this; mold, mildew and fungus need an organic food source to grow.
